Symptoms

Convergence calendar declined invitation events still appear when using Print or Advanced Print.

Steps to reproduce:

- UserA invites UserB to an Calendar Event
- UserB decline the invitation
- The declined Event is no longer shown in Convergence
- The declined Event is shown when using 'Print' or 'Advanced Print'
