Symptoms
On OFSAA 8.0.7 version after starting services was noticed that CPU usage spike to 100 % and in Top command it display JAVA command.
After server(Linux) reboot and starting OFSAA services again CPU spiked to 100%. No batches are running and no DB process ongoing:
