Unable to Delete New End User Location Due to Error - "This Network Location has associated Network Location Address Party Role records" (Doc ID 2769205.1)

Symptoms

Unable to delete a new End User Location which has never been used in any capacity when created with the "Application Setup > Create an additional OBF service address while creating an EUL with MSAG address" system preference enabled. Attempting to do so, results in the error below. The application allows new End User Locations to be deleted when created with the system preference is disabled and having never been used in any capacity.

Error Text

1. Application Setup.

2. Location and Geography Setup.

3. End User Locations.

4. Click Add New.

5. Enter Location Name and required address data and click OK.

6. Select Edit > Delete from the menu of the End User Location Search window.

7. Click Yes to the "You have selected 1 row. Delete this row?" message and the error is thrown.
