Why Vertex 5.0 Not Outputing Tax Calculation

On : 7.5.0.23.0 version, Taxation
An user is currently upgrading from Vertex 4.0 to Vertex 5.0.
When the dm_vertex calls Vertex 5.0 with the same input as Vertex 4.0, Vertex 5.0 calculates the tax as for v4.0 but with additional information in the Vertex 5.0 log after line 453.
However, when the output is returned to the dm_vertex, the correct tax information is not output by the dm_vertex.
Below is the content in the qsut_dbg.log.v5 after line 453, which does not exist in qsut_dbg.log.v4:
