BI Publisher 12.2.1.4.0 Standalone Installation Issue (Doc ID 2770525.1)

Goal

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), 12.0.0.3.0 version,

BRM Software Compatibility Documentation section mentions, Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) 12.2.1.4.0 Version as the certified version of BIP on BRM 12 Patchset 3.

But it is observed that Installation of BIP Release 12.2.1.4.0 is getting failed and not available in Standalone installation.

How to resolve this issue and is there any alternate BIP release certified on BRM 12 Patchset 3?
