Goal

Why do PFT, FTP, and ALM 8.0.x have more seeded tables in 8.0.x than in 8.1.x?

For example, in one environment, PFT/FTP 8.0.2 had 1061 tables while PFT/FTP 8.1 only has 562 tables.  Why does 8.0.2 have more tables than 8.1?
