Issue In Service Points Related To Facility Zone In Facility Portal

Goal
On : 2.6.0.1.0 version
Issue in Service Points Related to Facility zone in Facility Portal
When there are more than 50 SPs linked to facility, then a message is shown as "A total of 51 Service Point(s) are linked to this Facility; use Export to Excel to view". This message is shown in random sequence. Customer wants this message to be displayed in the first row of the returned result. Attached screenshots of the same.
Also, there is a facility ID with 1568 SPIDs (Attached screenshot). Customer reports that when they query this facility only 1000 of SPIDs are listed and message is shown in the row 68. When they export the file, only 1000 of the records are exported.
Below 2 points customer want to be corrected.
1. Is it possible to standardize the location (row number) of the message shown as explained above?
2. We should be able to export 1568 SPIDs or more rows via excel.
