Autonarrative in Argus Console has Overlapping Text, Buttons and Missing Scroll Bar (Doc ID 2772720.1)

Symptoms

When configuring Argus Console,  auto narrative templates in both supported browsers (Edge and Chrome), after adding > 9 rows the display is not allowing users to scroll.

Additionally the function buttons overlap the text for example:

Steps to reproduce:

• Argus Console
• System Configuration
• System Management (Common Profile Switches)
• Case Form Configuration
• Autonarrative Configuration
• Add > 9 rows of Autonarrative and issue per screenshot is present.
