Encountered Error While Installing Billingcare Patch 32082347 (Doc ID 2773078.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.0.3.0 version, Infranet Install

Encountered error while installing Billingcare <patch 32082347> 12 PS3 IP4, here error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download patch 32082347
2. Extract the BillingCare_generic.jar
3. Run "java -jar BillingCare_generic.jar" ,
4. In the Installation Location screen, . provided the same installation path where BillingCare 12 PS3 is already install.
5. Click Next and in The Features Sets Selection screen, one can seen the above error.


 NOTE: Encountered similar error during upgrading Pricing Configuration Center <patch 31865079> also
