ECS Timeout Issue (Doc ID 2774115.1)

Goal

Getting the following timeout Errors in Elastic Charging Server(ECS) logs.

 

Steps:
1. During testing reduced the checkpointInterval from 60 to 30 and threadPool Size from 6 to 3.

2. Triggered a load of 100k MSISDN and total 1400 TPS was sent to two Diameter Gateways(DGW)
 
Error seen whenever there is a huge load on the system to process.

How to fix the timeout errors?
