The customer has completed a working environment with a functioning configuration of all IWS services between MWM and CCB.  However, in the case of just one service, the outbound message fails with the error message "Problems Invoking Sender :  The TrustAnchors Parameter Must Be non-empty."  In all cases, after the error the message can be manually resubmitted from the Outbound Message UI (Pending button) and it is successfully processed.
