Goal

On all versions of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management, the PCM_OP_CREATE_OBJ and PCM_OP_WRITE_FLDS base opcodes are not available as Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).

Would it be possible to get the Extensible Markup Language (XML) Schema Definition (XSD) and Web Service Definition Language (WSDL) files so these can be exposed as SOAP APIs?
