Symptoms

When attempting to create new Mfr parts
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Manufacturer Parts XXXXX already exists"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Login to Web client||Go to Items
2.Manufacturer Tab || Add ||Click create New
3.Error:"Manufacturer Parts XXXXX already exists"
