NMS User Interface Does Not Allow Entering Thai Characters

On : 184.108.40.206.0 version, Installation
In the Network Management System (NMS) release 2.5.0x, the user interface is not allowing Thai characters to be entered into the text fields. When attempting it, all that appears are boxes where the character should be.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Brought up Event Details for any event
2. Attempted to paste in words that were in Thai characters which fails to display properly in the Operations Notes or any text field in the NMS application
