Goal

On : 2.7.0.3.0 version, Installation and Patching

C2M 2703 installation issue

Customer completed C2M 2703 installation on windows 10 machine and while bringing the managed server up we are facing Transaction timeout issue and SPLWeb deployment is failing.

Customer tried all options of changing the host and ports of the desktop machine but no luck.

On WebLogic server JTA value is set to 3600.
