On : OSM 7_3_5_1_21 version, RAC Active-Standby

Jeopardy inaccessible for specific cartridges in the orchestration GUI.

After database restore, the customer is encountering errors when trying to enable jeopardy for specific cartridges.

Content is not getting displayed.
