ReIM Edit / View Document Shows Invalid ID For Valid PO (Doc ID 2777216.1)

Symptoms

Users are not able to edit an invoice. This starting happening after installing the latest patch p32662790_141000_Generic.

Steps to recreate:
1. Navigating to Document Maintenance -> Document Search -> Selecting View - Enter in valid PO and click TAB
Error message pops up "Invalid ID"
