Symptoms
After upgrading to OFSAA 8.0.7.4, when running the SCD to populate DIM_COMMON_COA (Map ref num = 129), you get the following error in the SCD log from /<ftpshare>/logs/<MIS Date>/<Infodom>/RUN EXECUTABLE:
Error Msg :-> ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row

You get the same ORA-01427 error if you try to run a select statement against DIM_COMMON_COA_V.
As a result, no data is transferred to DIM_COMMON_COA.
