Performance Issue in Mass Return Transfer Screen While Adding Items (Doc ID 2778283.1)

Symptoms

In Mass Return Transfer Screen, if user tries to add item, it will take long time to open the Add Item Window.


Steps to reproduce : 

1. Login to RMS Application.
2. Navigate to Tasks -> Inventory -> Create Mass Return Transfer
3. Provide the Details in MRT (Warehouse, Inventory Type, Transfer Not After Date, etc..).
4. Click on '+' button to add item. Notice that "Add Item" window takes lot of time to open.
