PhysicalPort Characteristics Not Getting Reflected On GUI Even If Present In DB (Doc ID 2778756.1)

Symptoms

While creating PhysicalPort in card (equipment) the port gets created and it's characteristics gets updated as well but it does not show up on GUI, checked the DB rows for characteristics and entry is present in the DB as well.
