Gibberish Characters In Header For Letter Template Transmission (Doc ID 2779163.1)

Symptoms

Prints gibberish characters in the header section of the second page of the letter when the letter  is being transmitted through Fax.
The letter is getting printed properly with out any gibberish characters when the same letter is being transmitted through Email.

Sample gibberish characters in the letter:

{\rtf1\ansi\ansicpg1252\deff0\deftab720{\fonttbl{\f0\fswiss MS Sans Serif;}{\f1\froman\fcharset2
Symbol;}{\f2\froman Times New

Steps to Repeat:
1. Open a case form
2. Go to Activities tab
3. Select New Letter in Contact Log section.
4. Select letter template.
5. The browser will prompt you to open or save the template
6. Click Save to download template locally (Do not change document type upon save. Maintain as .rtf document type)
7. Open the file from downloads and update the template as needed
8. Save the changes
9. The browser will prompt you to Save Letter
10. Click YES to upload the modified template
11. Select Browse to locate the modified template and click OK
12. A Contact Log entry will automatically be added.
13. Click on the blue envelope icon
14. Click Send via Fax
15. Observe that the header section of second page of the letter has gibberish character
