Symptoms

Manufacturer BOM Report does not work with export to excel

Upgrading Agile version 9.3.2 to 9.3.6.11, export in Excel format of the Manufacturer BOM Report, does not work.  Receive the following error message within the excel file.

ERROR
This feature did not perform as expected. Please contact your Agile Administrator

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade from Agile 9.3.2 to 9.3.6.11
2. Login into WebClient
3. Export Manufacturer BOM Report as an Excel format. 

Receive error:
This feature did not perform as expected. Please contact your Agile Administrator.
