Customer screening batch not working on separate databases for CS and ECM (Doc ID 2780791.1)

Symptoms

User not getting alert in cs_alerts table after executing CS_Data_Load_Event_Generation' job in CS application but here architecture is different since CS and ECM are in different database

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Login to CS as admin user 

Step 2 : Execute the CS batch CS_Data_Load_Event_Generation and CS ECM batch to create cases.

Step 3 : Use different DB for CS and ECM 

Expected result :

Alerts and cases must be generated without issue 

Actual result :

Alerts and Cases are not created in CS_Alerts and Cases tables since 2 different database is mapped.

Changes

Different database has been configured for both CS and ECM
