Reports Not Getting Generated Via Batch Reports (Doc ID 2782292.1)

Reports scheduled using Batch option are not getting generated.  The reports get scheduled fine. But are not picked up by Batch Generation AG Process for further generation.
Even after waiting for many hours the report generation is not happening.


1. Go to Case Actions->Open
2. Search for a case or set of cases.
3. Select the cases and click on Batch.
4. Choose the reporting destination and E2B for scheduling the reports.
5. After few seconds, rows get created in CMN_REG_REPORTS which never get generated.
