RI Batchs Fails With an Error 'ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired' (Doc ID 2783163.1)

Goal

PRODDIFFLVSIL,PRODDIFFSCESIL,PRODDIFFBRNDSIL,PRDITMUDSIL, PRODDIFFSZESIL,PRODDIFFSIL, PRODDIFFABSIL batches are failing with Resource busy error . All the batches are used to update the W_RTL_ITEM_GDP1_D dimension table. All the batches are in series and creating blocking session which is there for 30 sec only if the next batch is starts within 30 seconds same batch is failing with resource busy error.
