Metadata mapping for UDX table

We are implementing OUA 2.7 CC&B module. We are working on extending the OOB
table (CD_PREM) using UDX processing and we have mapped few columns to the
Target table (UDX_CD_PREM) from tables (CI_CHAR_VAL) which belongs to
different MO (CHAR TYPE) than base table MO (PREMISE).

We have few questions related to the entry required in the
MDADM.B1_OBJECT_MAP table.

Currently, for CD_PREM, we have the below entries in the B1_OBJECT_MAP table
which is for OOTB ODI mapping.

questions:
1. As we are using CI_CHAR_VAL_L, so do we need to insert an entry in the
B1_OBJECT_MAP table as mentioned below.
 
Prod_flg : 'CCB'
Source_object_name : 'CHAR TYPE'
Target_object_name : 'CD_PREM'
Object_type_flg :'MO'
 
2. Do we also insert an entry for ‘PREMISE’ MO?
 
Prod_flg: 'CCB'
Source_object_name : 'PREMISE'
Target_object_name : 'CD_PREM'
Object_type_flg : 'MO'
