TA Is Not Getting Generated For A Multi Instance Custom Object Resource During Modify. (Doc ID 2785270.1)

Symptoms

We have a created a multi instance custom object resource which can be 0 to unbounded. Requirement is we need to generate TA for each resource based on each custom Object.

We have created multi instance config items at rfs level, based on quantity we are creating and associating that many number of custom object.

With this, during add and delete we are able to generate TA based on each resources. However when resource is getting updated we need to generate TA. To achieve this, we have added config item parameter to compare the difference before and after to generate TA.

Issue is, matcher is generating, but TA is getting discarded with below error " discarding because condition is false " even though condition is true. We have tried with conditions like boolean(1>0) still it is same.
