ToDo Log Table Is Not Showing Completion Log Entry After Completing The ToDo Entry (Doc ID 2785340.1)

On : 2.6.0.1.0 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ToDo Log table is not showing completion log entry after completing the ToDo Entry

ToDo Entry has been completed by the user and is shown in the ToDoEntry table. However, ToDo Log table is not showing the Completion Log entry.

Analysis:
1. Field Activity created in CC&B
2. Field Activity Remark created on FA
3. After FACT Batch run, FA remark is completed and FAREVIEW ToDo is created
4. FAREVIEW ToDo is completed but Batch but no completion log entry shown in ToDO Log Table. Can see only Creation log entry.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

ToDo Log table should show the Completion Log entry

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

-Change meter configuration FA Type created in CCB by Batch
-Field Activity Remark Created on Field Activity
-Ran FACT batch and FAREVIEW ToDo was created
ToDo created
Field Activity completed
ToDo entry also completed but no entry logged in ToDo logs about ToDo completion
Only creation log found in DB too
