Last updated on APRIL 10, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management - Version 12.0.0.3.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.0.0.3.0 version

On one environment, one user installed together with Billing Care (BC) container also the Billing Care WebLogic Server (BCWS) for REST services customization and it worked fine.

After re-installation of the BC and BCWS, BC applications didn’t work anymore with errors as below.

However, the BC pods and services are up and running with no errors, the WebLogic consoles are accessible but again there are no errors and servers are up and running.

ERROR
-----------------------
The returned error trying to access the services through the network address is:
<IP> 404 Not Found

The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.
If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address.
