Symptoms

MBservice failure alerts were received multiple times after user attempted a model edit in a possible incorrectly modeled area where the replaced conductor coordinates are not valid.

The MBService logs did not show anything unique on the attempted restart.  Stack trace from generated core file indicated a ModelEdit issue:

Core was generated by `MBService -mbdbs -deleteOffNominals -deleteConditions
adms_note -exclusive -num'.
Program terminated with signal 11, Segmentation fault.
