Goal

Agile Upgrade From 9.3.6.8 to 9.3.6.16 , WebLogic version still displays 12.2.1.3.0 instead 12.2.1.4

Upgraded the Agile Application from 9.3.6.8 to 9.3.6.16 patch upgrade , as part of that, upgraded the WebLogic from 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.
Agile Application after Login -->About Page shows WebLogic version 12.2.1.3.0 but application is running on 12.2.1.4.
