'Journal Name' and 'Published Year' are Blank on J-Literature Intake after Added by 'Add Individual Information' (Doc ID 2786631.1)

Symptoms

On J-Literature Intake menu screen, when adding record by [Add Individual Information] button, 'Journal Name' and 'Published Year' fields are blank though corresponding values are entered on the 'Add Individual Information' dialog.

Steps to Repeat:
1. Go to Worklist >> J-Literature Intake.
2. Click [Add Individual Information] button.
3. Enter values for all fields on the 'Add Individual Information' dialog.
4. Click [Add] button. --> 'Journal Name' and 'Published Year' fields are blank.
