Wrong 'Rejected On' Date - Time Shown on 'Approval Transaction' UI

On : 2.8.0.0.0 version,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
'Rejected On' column shows date-time when Approval Transaction is initiated and not the actual date-time when Approval Transaction got rejected.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When user click broadcast icon of search entry then actual rejection date and time is shown against ‘REJECTED’ entry of log. Same is expected under ‘Rejected On’ column as well.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Prerequisite : System should contain Approval Transaction which are 'Rejected'
1. Navigate to Approval Transaction UI;
2. Select Search By = Approval Transaction details;
3. Select 'Status = Rejected' and select appropriate approval workflow group from drop-down;
4. Click search;
5. Search result entries of all Rejected Approval Transactions will be displayed. Check 'Rejected On' column.
