Symptoms

While user tries to sign-off any change, below error is shown in Web Client:

In the managed server log, below error is observed:


Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Web Client as approver
  2. Open the Change awaiting for approval
  3. Approve
  4. Gets the error in the Web Client screen
