Recycle Pipeline Cuts Off EDR_BUF

Symptoms
On : 12.0.0.3.0 version, Pipeline Manager
Test Scenario:
We have a failed rerate event that went into Suspense. It performed the backout and then ALL_RERATE pipeline has thrown an error, generating a suspended edr.
While performing recycle operation on that edr, PRE_RECYCLE pipeline uses INP_Recycle Module with EXT_InEasyDB.
The edr is correctly saved on suspended usage object with it's edr_buf field containing 13 records of type 600 (backout impacts already calculated by backout pipeline).
However, pipeline only reads the first 8 records with type 600. The module did not read/transformed the entire edr_buf field to pipeline container.
