Symptoms

On Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub (LSH) 3.1.0.1 version,

After upgrading from LSH 3.1, when attempting to access any link from "Life Sciences Data Hub" responsibility,
the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login to EBS 12.2.9.
2. From Life Sciences Data Hub" responsibility click on "My Home" link or any other LSH menu.
