Symptoms

 ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SAEXPDW job will be In "ready for start" instead of "completed".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should be "completed".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set SAEXPDW to run in multi-threaded mode.
2. Execute the SAEXPDW batch. Note that after execution, RESTART_PROGRAM_STATUS still shows 'READY for START'.
