On :CCB 2.8.0.0.0 version, ENV - Environment

Search Menu Input Field does not work in IE11

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
------------------------------
The Search Menu input field is not working when using Internet Explorer browser. This issue is
being encountered when using an IE10 or IE11 browser. The version of the IE11 browser used
is: 11.0.9600.20016. We have tried this in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge and the Search
Menu input field is working fine.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
---------------------------------
The Search Menu input field works when using Internet Explorer browser.

STEPS:
----------
1. Access a CC&B 2.8 environment using an Internet Explorer 10 or 11 browser.
2. The Search Menu input field will have no “Search Menu” text and the search icon is missing.
3. You also can not click on the input field to be able to type your search input.
4. Navigate to a different page, eg. Account page, and the Search Menu input field is still not working.
5. The “Search Menu” text and search icon is still missing, and you still can not click on the input field to be able to type your search input.
