Issue While Configuring 500+ Rateplans in Single Charge Offer (Doc ID 2790843.1)

Symptoms

As per a business requirement, an user is configuring an international charge offer with 500+ rateplans in one single chargeoffer. However, there are below errors with such operation and Batch Rating Engine (BRE) went down.

ERROR

SEVERE: Error inserting data in crossref table for BRE rateplan
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12899: value too large for column "PDC_XREF"."XREF_BRE_RATEPLAN"."COMPOSITE_PM_IDS" (actual: 22015, maximum: 4000)
