Worklist Reports Print List Generates PDF with Blank Case Number and Suspect Product (Doc ID 2791253.1)

Symptoms

On a generated PDF by Worklist > Reports > [Print List] button, some records are printed with blank Case Number and Suspect Product.

As the result, the report would not be caught by user's review on the list in timely manner and its due date would be missed.

Steps to Repeat:
1. Go to Worklist > Reports.
2. Click All radio-button. All fields are remained null.
3. Click [Print List] button.
