Error In CustomerUpdater While Restarting ECE (Doc ID 2792070.1)

Goal

On : 11.3.0.6.22 version, Customer data management

ECE processes is running in 4 different servers in the environment.

User take production dump, copied in pre-prodution environment and while restarting ECE, customerUpdater3 is not coming up and erroring out. CustomerUpdater 1 , 2 and 4 are starting successfully.
Why this error is coming ?

NOTE: There are 4 BRM Database schemas.
