PDC Hangs When Modifying Existing Price Selector

Symptoms
On Pricing Design Center (PDC) 11.1.0.10.11 version, when editing existing Price Selector and trying to configure a new price by creating a new one, PDC hangs and following errors are logged in pdc_domain.log:
Steps to reproduce
# 1. login to PDC GUI
# 2. open existing price selector
# 3. Click Edit and click the price, select to create to create a new price
New window "Create Price" is open
Select Measured By and Currency for creating the Price
Measured By=Duration
Currency= Australian Dollar
# 4. Price window opens after saying OK:
Price Selector > Create Price
# 5. enter the new price Details and try to validate/save/Save and Done.
