File Not Available When Performing Save As Error "Specified file (xxx.xx) could not be located. Please contact the administrator." (Doc ID 2792148.1)

Symptoms

After creating a new object using Save As with a file attachment, the attachment can not be retrieved and the user get the following error.

com.agile.webfs.components.common.RepositoryException: Specified file (xxx.xxx) could not be located. Please contact the administrator.

Steps

  1. Log into Agile Web Client
  2. Select the object with the file attachment
  3. From the More menu select "Save As"
  4. and try to do Save As on the Change Order
  5. Select the option "Proceed with Attachments"
  6. Select from the new object the attachments tab and click Get to retrieve the attachment
  7. Error
