Symptoms
After creating a new object using Save As with a file attachment, the attachment can not be retrieved and the user get the following error.

com.agile.webfs.components.common.RepositoryException: Specified file (xxx.xxx) could not be located. Please contact the administrator.

Steps
- Log into Agile Web Client
- Select the object with the file attachment
- From the More menu select "Save As"
- and try to do Save As on the Change Order
- Select the option "Proceed with Attachments"
- Select from the new object the attachments tab and click Get to retrieve the attachment
