Update Customer Call For A Parent Account In A Hierarchy Is Taking Time (Doc ID 2792383.1)

Symptoms

It is  observed that in case of an update customer call for a parent account in a hierarchy is directly proportional to the number of children that hierarchy is having.

Upon analysis  it looks like op_cust_set_billinfo is being called for each and every child account in the hierarchy.
