When Linking a P6 Project to Unifier, the Unifier Project List Is Empty and Error 'Unable to load data for Projwbs' Occurs in the Log (Doc ID 2792955.1)

Symptoms

In P6 Web configured to integrate with Unifier, when a user navigates to EPS > Project Preferences > Integrations > Unifier, selects the check box to link to a Unifier project, and clicks the ellipses [...] in the Project Name field, the dialog box opens but does not list any Active, Company Sponsored Shells and the following error occurs in the P6WebAccess.html log file:

ERROR /rest/pickers/unifierProject (User Id: ### DB Id: #) com.primavera.rest.service.pickers.UnifierProjectPickerHandler Error Loading picker data..Unable to load data for Projwbs
