MWM Device Verification Return Message "No Data Returned From Host" No Matter If Device Is Valid Or Not (Doc ID 2793180.1)

Goal

MWM Device Verification return message "No data returned from host" no matter whether device valid or not.

We see the error "No data returned from host" is thrown by M2-SndDevVer. And the reason behind is related to Device Verification outbound message XML Raw Response and XML Response.

This is using "RemoveSOAPEnvelopeAndNamespace.xsl" on External System->Device Verfiication Response XSL field
