Symptoms
Execute createOrderByValueRequest API and receive the following error:
Exception in createOrderRequest
com.bea.wli.bpm.runtime.UnhandledProcessException: Unhandled process exception
Caused by: com.metasolv.common.MSLVXMLApiException: Exception Thrown Importing Order.
Message: Exception Thrown UpdateNGNPSROrderLogic.
Message: Unable to process item MPLS VPN WAN Product group 9727.Error Code 30959:Both the parent and child elements are non-orderable for connection in template 100273.

The network element (ROUTER) to be updated was in an embedded network template and set as not Orderable. You open the parent network template and update the element there as it will be Read-Only in the embedded network.
