Symptoms
MetaSolv Solution Utilities DB Health throws an "ORA-01720" error when attempting to fix grant privileges (Execute button) for the object listed on the Grant Privileges tab. Below is the error's text and image as viewed in the application.

Recreation Steps
1. Open MetaSolv Solution Utilities client application (tbs_util.exe).
2. Click DB Health on the secondary toolbar.
3. Select the "Grant Privileges" tab and note there is a custom VIEW reported as needing privileges.
4. Click Execute and the Oracle error is reported.
