WXFinancialHistoryRetriever IWS is giving incorrect payment amount
The Account made 2 payments of $100 on 7/2/2021. Each payment is consist of multiple FTs. Total payment made that day is only $200. When WXFinancialHistoryRetriever is called, it returned an incorrect payment amount of $700 for 7/2/2021. This should only be 200.
Upon investigation, it looks like Zone C1-ACCTFNHS SQL Statement 5 is changed from 2.4 version and is now summing up the PAY_AMT based on the number of FTs. This is not correct. Either the amount to be summed up should be the FT amount or the FT table should be removed from the SQL(same with 2.4).
