Selecting a Project to Convert as a Baseline Defaults to the Top EPS Node, Not the EPS Node Where the Project Is Located (Doc ID 2795827.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to reattach a baseline, the top EPS node is selected for the baseline project to copy, instead of remaining in the EPS node where the opened project resides.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The highlight/selection should stay in the EPS node containing the opened project, as was the behavior in version 18.8.19 and earlier.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open a project.
  2. Highlight the project to be attached as a baseline to the open project.
  3. Select Project > Maintain Baselines from the menu, then click Add.
  4. Click Convert another project to a new baseline of the current project.
  5. Observe the reported behavior.
